Honor Robot Phone Full Specs Leak: Dual 200MP Cameras, 7060mAh Battery and Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5

The Honor Robot Phone is shaping up to be one of the most unusual flagship smartphones of 2026, and a new leak has now revealed almost its entire specification sheet ahead of its official launch.

According to Digital Chat Station, the Honor Robot Phone will feature a 6.3-inch LTPO display, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, 7,060mAh battery, 120W charging and two 200MP rear cameras.

The phone is also expected to measure 9.59mm thick and weigh 248 grams.

Honor is scheduled to reveal more details about the device on August 12, 2026.

Honor Robot Phone Display

The leaked specifications point to a relatively compact 6.3-inch flat LTPO display with a resolution of:

2640 × 1216 pixels

The panel reportedly offers an extremely high 6,800-nit peak brightness and includes an anti-reflective coating.

The smaller display could make the Robot Phone easier to handle than many current large-screen flagships, although its robotic camera system contributes to a relatively thick and heavy body.

Reported dimensions include:

  1. Thickness: 9.59mm
  2. Weight: 248g
  3. Colors: Star Trail Silver and Moon Shadow Gray

These details come from pre-launch leaks and remain subject to final confirmation.

Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and Three Honor Chips

At the heart of the Honor Robot Phone is reportedly Qualcomm's flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor.

Honor is also said to include three of its own dedicated chips:

  1. Honor C1
  2. Honor E2
  3. Honor H1

The additional silicon is expected to handle functions involving connectivity, power management and imaging.

Honor has already been heavily promoting its new AiMAGE imaging architecture and dedicated image-processing technology.

200MP Robotic Gimbal Main Camera

The camera system is the main reason the device is called the Robot Phone.

The leaked rear camera setup includes:

200MP Main Camera

The primary camera reportedly uses a:

  1. 200MP sensor
  2. 1/1.28-inch sensor size
  3. f/1.6 aperture
  4. 23mm equivalent focal length
  5. Mechanical gimbal stabilization

Honor has already officially demonstrated its compact four-degree-of-freedom robotic gimbal system, which can physically move the camera and interact with the environment.

200MP Periscope Telephoto

The second major camera is reportedly another huge 200MP sensor featuring:

  1. 1/1.4-inch sensor
  2. 2.7x optical zoom
  3. f/2.6 aperture
  4. Periscope telephoto design

50MP Ultra-Wide Camera

Completing the rear system is a 50MP ultra-wide camera with a reported 122-degree field of view.

That gives the Robot Phone an unusual combination of:

200MP main + 50MP ultra-wide + 200MP periscope telephoto.

What Makes the Honor Robot Phone Different?

Unlike a normal smartphone camera module, the Robot Phone incorporates a physical motorized gimbal.

Honor says its system uses an extremely compact four-degree-of-freedom mechanism that can turn the camera into an actuator for its AI agent. The company has demonstrated scenarios where the camera can move, track subjects and respond to commands rather than simply remaining fixed inside the phone.

According to DeviceDecode, this is what makes the Robot Phone significantly more interesting than another specification-focused flagship.

Rather than simply increasing megapixels, Honor is trying to change how the physical camera interacts with the user and surroundings.

Huge 7,060mAh Battery

Despite packing the robotic camera mechanism, Honor has reportedly managed to fit a 7,060mAh battery inside the phone.

Charging specifications are also flagship-level:

  1. 7,060mAh battery
  2. 120W wired fast charging
  3. 50W wireless charging

A large battery could be particularly important because the motorized camera system, AI processing and high-brightness display may consume additional power.

Up to 16GB RAM and 1TB Storage

According to the latest leak, two major memory configurations are expected:

  1. 12GB RAM + 512GB storage
  2. 16GB RAM + 1TB storage

The 1TB model would position the Robot Phone alongside other ultra-premium Android flagships aimed at power users and mobile content creators.

Honor Robot Phone Gets ARRI Camera Technology

Honor's partnership with professional cinema-camera company ARRI is another major part of the Robot Phone.

Honor officially announced in March that the first results of its ARRI technical collaboration will debut on the Robot Phone.

Honor's current mobile imaging platform includes professional tools such as:

  1. ARRI LogC3 video encoding
  2. ARRI cinematic color workflows
  3. ARRI Look color styles
  4. Professional color grading support

Honor says its goal is to bring parts of professional cinema imaging and post-production workflows to smartphones.

The company has also confirmed that its ARRI imaging technology will later expand to the next-generation Honor Magic9 series.

Honor Robot Phone Launch

Honor has already opened reservations for the Robot Phone in China, with its official store accepting a 500 yuan reservation deposit through August 12.

Honor previously confirmed the Robot Phone's two colors—Moon Shadow Gray and Star Trail Silver—and demonstrated its multimodal AI and robotic gimbal capabilities at WAIC 2026.

Pricing has not yet been officially confirmed.

DeviceDecode Take

The Honor Robot Phone isn't interesting simply because it has two 200MP cameras.

The combination of a physically moving robotic camera, ARRI image science, Snapdragon flagship performance and a 7,060mAh battery could make it one of the most distinctive Android phones of 2026.

The biggest questions now are its final price, durability of the mechanical gimbal and whether the robotic camera delivers practical benefits beyond impressive demonstrations.

Honor's official launch should provide those answers.
