Xiaomi 18 Pro Global Pricing Leaks: Starts at €1549

Xiaomi 18 Pro Global Pricing Leaks: Starts at €1549

The global launch of Xiaomi’s highly anticipated flagship line seems imminent, and we might now have an early look at what the devices will cost. An online listing from Italian retailer Epto prematurely published pricing and details for the Xiaomi 18 Pro and the Xiaomi 18 Pro Max, according to Notebookcheck.

The leaked listings indicate that the high end smartphones will demand a premium when they make their official global debut.

Retail Prices for the Xiaomi 18 Pro Series

According to IT Home, the retailer listed the standard Xiaomi 18 Pro with 256GB of storage at €1,549. For those who require extra space, the 512GB version of the Xiaomi 18 Pro was spotted at €1,761.

The top tier device, the Xiaomi 18 Pro Max, appears to be offered exclusively in a 512GB configuration for the global market, with Epto listing the model at €1,974. In China, these devices have a much lower entry barrier, with the 18 Pro starting at 5999 yuan and the 18 Pro Max at 6999 yuan, but global logistics, taxes, and regional operating costs generally raise overseas prices significantly.

Premium Styling and an Exclusive Color

According to reports, the global versions of the Xiaomi 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max will be sold in black, white, and burgundy. What makes this particularly notable is that the burgundy finish is listed as an exclusive color for the global version. The eye catching burgundy look, previewed in leaks, has not been launched as a standard non transparent color in the brand's home market, making it a unique draw for international buyers.

The devices both carry forward their high premium aesthetic, complete with the prominent horizontal rear camera housing co engineered with Leica.

Global Variant Hardware Adjustment and Battery Capacity

While the design remains incredibly ambitious, the retailer's listings reveal an important hardware difference for global units compared to the Chinese versions. The global version of the Xiaomi 18 Pro has a 6,000mAh battery. For comparison, the variant sold in China houses a larger 7,000mAh cell.

A similar change is mentioned for the Xiaomi 18 Pro Max. The global edition will apparently feature a 7,050mAh battery, which is smaller than the massive 8,500mAh cell packed into the Chinese release.

This kind of adjustment is not uncommon when smartphones are adapted for different global markets, where slightly different regulatory standards and design priorities may apply. Even with these reduced sizes, however, both handsets still carry very high capacities when compared against most rivals in the premium segment.

Real Value for Smartphone Shoppers

The leaked figures place the Xiaomi 18 Pro series squarely in ultra premium price territory. While these prices represent a significant investment, they position the new models as direct challengers to the most expensive flagship phones on the market. For those who want the absolute best of Xiaomi's imaging technology, particularly with the co branded Leica optical systems, and are willing to pay the premium, the forthcoming global release will be the one to watch. Buyers will just need to decide if the custom burgundy finish and impressive feature set outweigh the smaller battery capacities.
