vivo has confirmed exciting new details about the upcoming X300 flagship. Replacing the X200 Pro mini, the X300 will feature a compact 6.31" LTPO 120Hz display with ultra-slim bezels. The highlight is a 50MP autofocus selfie camera co-engineered with Zeiss, along with a powerful 200MP main rear sensor and Zeiss APO telephoto lens with macro capabilities.

Security and performance upgrades include a 20% faster ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner and a 17% larger vapor chamber for improved cooling. The phone will support LHDC lossless wireless audio and include a USB 3.2 port.

Powered by MediaTek’s upcoming Dimensity 9500 chip, the vivo X300 is expected to launch in China on October 13.
