Apple has officially unveiled the AirPods Pro 3, bringing major upgrades across the board. The third-gen earbuds now offer twice the ANC performance of the Pro 2, thanks to new foam ear tips in five sizes and upgraded internals.

You’ll get up to 8 hours of listening with ANC on (a 33% boost) and 10 hours in Transparency Mode. A standout feature is Live Translation, powered by Apple Intelligence. Speak in your language and your voice is instantly translated to another — whether via AirPods or on your iPhone screen.

Another big first: built-in heart rate monitoring. It tracks over 50 workout types via the Fitness app and enables Workout Buddy coaching with motivational insights. Fitness+ users also get live stats like heart rate, calorie burn, and progress.

Design-wise, Apple has reengineered the shape for better fit and comfort, based on 10,000+ ear scans. The earbuds are also IP57 rated for dust and water resistance.

The AirPods Pro 3 are priced at $249, available to pre-order now and shipping from September 19 in over 50 countries.
