Vivo V60 Lite 5G Review: A High-Performance Phone with a Price Catch
The new Vivo V60 Lite 5G has officially arrived, and it's stirring up quite a conversation. If you’re looking for a phone that feels good in your hand, this one nails the design. It’s slim, weighs just under 200 grams, and even comes with an IP65 rating to protect it from dust and splashes. While it looks premium, keep in mind it’s built with a plastic frame and lacks an audio jack or a spot for a microSD card.
Where this phone truly shines is the display. You're getting a gorgeous 120Hz AMOLED screen that makes colors pop, perfect for binge-watching 4K videos on YouTube. It’s smooth, fast, and features a very reliable fingerprint sensor tucked under the glass. Under the hood, it’s powered by the Dimensity 7360 Turbo chip and a massive 12GB of RAM, which means it can handle heavy gaming and multitasking without breaking a sweat. It also features a unique 6500mAh silicon-carbon battery that can easily last up to two days on a single charge. When you do run low, the 90W charger in the box gets you back to full in about an hour.
On the software side, it runs the latest Android 15 and includes handy features like a built-in call recorder. However, the lack of NFC might be a letdown if you’re used to tap-to-pay. The cameras are a bit of a mixed bag; the 50MP main sensor takes great daytime photos and portraits, but the ultrawide lens is just okay, and there’s no optical stabilization for video. Currently, the phone is priced around $340 (95,000 PKR), which feels a bit high. But if you can find it at a discount for around $305 (85,000 PKR), it becomes a much more tempting choice for Vivo fans. If you already own a recent model like the V40E, you’re probably fine sticking with what you have, but for anyone else, this is a solid, modern contender.
